LSAW (longitudinale ondergedompelde boog gelast) Stalen buis is een type gelaste stalen buis met grote diameter die wordt vervaardigd met behulp van het ondergedompelde booglasproces.
LSAW-stalen buizen worden vaak gebruikt voor pijpleidingen op lange afstand, zoals olie- en gastransmissielijnen, waterpijpleidingen en infrastructuurprojecten.
Het proces van lsaw stalen pijp:
Plaatvoeding → Randfrees en slingering → Board-sonde → Rand Crimping → Moleren → Slak → Track Pre-Weldlding → Tablassen → Binnenlassen → Slag → Buiten lassen → Tab verwijdering → Ultrasone inspectie → Röntgeninspectie → Mechanische expansie → Flame platte → Hydro-statische testen → Ultrasone inspectie voor pijpuiteinde en lasnaad → Las- en pijpuiteinde röntgeninspectie → Buisuiteinde las slijpen → Eindgaat en verwoesten → wegen en meten → spuitverfmarkering → laatste inspectie → opslag → opslag en verzending
